It's a shame that Berks County is so broke that revenue has to be generated in this fashion. A few punk kids from Albright were acting up; a Councilman told them to calm down. Now he's in trouble? How crazy. Fear of confrontation drives very strange results.
Second, who cares if he lost his temper? No one was [even] allegedly hurt; the fact that you're even repeating this rumor says a lot about your priorities.
Chill out and worry about how you're gonna become Mayor of Reading. It isn't by writing.
