$60,000 Would Pay For Many Things

This is what the Reading School District would have in their savings account if they would have listened to me. This is based on saving $10,000 for the last (6) years by turning the thermostat lower in the winter. If you raise the thermostats in the summer that figure would probably increase by $120,000.

If the Reading School District would have listened to me on the Infamous Bond Swaps they probably would have another $400,000 in their Bank account. Why did the Daniel Boone School District get rid of their Bond Swaps???
