Bethlehem Area School District Administrators staunchly defend Swaps saying it saved taxpayers $6.3 million.
But a report prepared by Stan Majewski Jr. ,the district's business manager, failed to account for millions in costs.(Sunday Morning Call (6-28-09)
Reading School District did a Swap of similar nature when I was Board President.I pleaded with the Reading School Board to obtain another opinion.They all wanted to roll the dice which Mike Setley (Financial advisor for the District told the school board it is A Roll Of The Dice) I voted No because I will not Gamble with Public money!
I will request a detailed analysis from our current Business manager.
