Board Member Keith Stamm pleaded with the Reading School Board to get at least one more opinion.
Why wouldn't they listen? Please ask a school director why they didn't listen to Keith Stamm? This Reading School Board will try and blame Dennis Kelley for this one to. Mr. Kelley did state if it was his decision he would not gamble this way with Public monies!
