I requested to see a report that was written by MiddleStates. Dr. Chapman told us he didn't have the report. Why doesn't the Superintendent have the report if Mr. Wynton Butler received the report over 1 week ago?
Why does Dr. Chapman not want to admit he received the report? I will continue to ask for a copy if I need to make a formal request with the OPEN RECORDS LAW!
