McMahon Plays Cheerleader to Tax Plan

Why Mr. Mayor must it always be a tax plan? I wish you had as much energy in trying to cut waste,fraud,and abuse.Thermostats in city hall shouldn't be above 68 degrees F. Why do we need another study about a road behind NorthWest Elementary at a $2,000,000 price tag? (OBAMA stimulus money)
