The Financial Stability panel that was created suggested yet another tax. Why Oh Why do they always suggest more taxes instead of eliminating waste. I challenge anyone on this panel to walk with me door to door through Reading,Pa. and they will then realize Reading can't take another Tax increase.
Just stop wasting $1,000,000 on The Pagoda and The Goggle Works. That is $2,000,000 that could have been placed in an account to pay for Police iniatives in Reading! You need to make it safe for anything to prosper in Reading.
