According to a recent article in the Patriot-News pending State Legislation will require school districts to cut energy costs 2.5% by 2012,and at least four percent during peak times.
I guess someone on the state level read my Blog asking for School Districts to have an Energy Policy!
One degree can save two percent in Energy costs.
