Politics: Usually is a very bad thing! When certain people get jobs who really don't have qualifications,When certain people are told they don't do well enough on a test and can't be given a chance even though they do have the qualifications.

I want to have every clerk and secretary take the entrance exam for their position in the Administration building. Then,please show me the results,it should be very interesting.
