Keith Stamm agreed with Mayor Spencer on this at the Public meeting held in Nativity Lutheran Church. I asked Mayor Spencer if the monies that would be raised would go towards paving some of our City streets? Maybe to replace some of the money that was removed from the Sewer Fund?
