It would be cool to have a nice restaurant at The Pagoda - it's only been talked about since the 1960's.
The sad part is that until there's a sustained police presence "up there", it's not safe to venture there at night.
Who wants to drop $$$ for a nice meal when the risk of being mugged or annoyed by cars of people making out is as high as it is?
