Where in The City of Reading could we have found such a gem to put a school? The building was already off the Tax rolls of Reading.
The alternative was to place Condominium apartments at this site.This would have brought more lower income people to the City of Reading
Safety,Quality of Schools,Jobs and Low taxes are what make a community thrive!

Condominiums are hardly for low income people!
But maybe some low income housing is something that the RSD can look into investing in for it's own employees?
