Well, who is responsible for putting those signs up?
Not to say they don't exist, but I have never personally seen any 15 MPH or school zone signage around high schools I have come across in any state, including the high school I attended.
But also, as I have asked, and you have yet to answer- why didn't you try to help out instead of just standing around?
