Subject: Office building in Exeter township needs to be considered and this is why.
Appraised value verses replacement value,Market value,What other land is available to build.
Repairs that will be needed at the current administration building. What will it cost to build or buy in three years.
Note: I am a former resident of Exeter Township and would have mixed opinions. It would be a difficult vote to make. I admire anyone who makes a commitment to serve in a position that doesn't provide monetary compensation.
The ultimate solution is to find a way to fund Public education with out a Real Estate tax!
