The Flags are now lit at Reading High School and The Citadel. Thanks to everyone involved in correcting this problem.
Two lights are still out on the North side of B building at The Citadel. I was told this has been reported numerous times. The green upright pole lights were out last night on Walnut street.Security personnel witnessed the same lighting problems.
