Flag at Reading High School does not have a light shining on it!Seems like Reading School District has problems with electricity.
The lights were off at The Citadel? No light on the United States flag.No lighted marquee,no lights on the football field,and no lighted upright polls on walnut street.
This was at 7:45pm on Sunday evening. Did we pay the electricity bill?
