I was perusing over the administrative pay raises and how for the life of me, do you justify paying $107.000 for a "director of construction"...word on the street is this director had {nothing} to do with the Citidel $80 million dollar project...this is inconceivable...do we taxpayers need to pay someone this kind of money to oversee trophy cases and water meters...I don't think so...
I just don't get it... you board members are going to have some tough choices to make, if you don't get your money from the state...may I suggest you start at the top...
