Um, do you think you could encourage Captain Jimenez to be more responsive to outside agencies who are trying provide funds (awards) to his cadets?
I am growing weary of begging him to respond to my requests.
Keep ALL "outside agencies" out of RSD! They can PROFIT somewhere else!
