Latest proposal from the city is to create TIF zones. TIF stands for Tax increment financing. This will chase more middle income people away from our city. Details will come out in the near future. I'm amazed that the city would even think to propose this in an election year.

Keith, Do you even know what a TIF is? From your comments is does not sound like it. You are running for Mayor of this city, you better know what you are talking about. Please do not scare people into voting for you. It could turn into a disaster!
