Ask yourself Who did these Swaps: The City of Reading?,The Reading School District?,Berks County? Keith Stamm requested another opinion before the School district did a Bond Swap.Dennis Kelley (school district finance manager advised the school board not to enter into a Swap.)The School Board wanted to make Keith out to be some nut case.I guess Keith was pretty smart on this issue.

Stammie, most of the people that you are commenting about, don't have any ethics, morals or integrity what so ever... Specifically the one's with a higher education, including board members. You keep on asking questions. Someone has to...
This board better start looking down the road, because I don't see the State handing-out all that extra monies that this district has been getting...
