I did not Vote on Charter School because of the rules of voting.The solicitor for the school district insisted that I had to be at the hearing.I would have voted for it because I think the parents of Reading need an alternative for their children.
Most parents in the City of Reading cannot afford a private school and this would give them an alternative.
