A Sad Day Again For Reading

Why does Reading always seem to be in the headlines?Today's Reading Eagle article on the front page. Hopefully something good will come out of these investigations that were mentioned in the article.

I guess it's just the tip of the iceberg.........What's next the Maintenance Dept???? AND all the change orders on the Districts Projects....... Going to be fun reading next couple months
